Petra Hössl is responsible for Research Management, Staff Recruiting and supports the researchers regarding basic information and travel expenses. She's also responsible for formal funding application for projects and for affairs concerning Advisory Board and Lakeside Labs Association as well as for coordination and management of special projects. She was University Assistant at the Department of Geography and Regional Studies from 1999 to 2007 before joining the Lakeside Labs GmbH. Her main research has been on European Spatial Planning and Regional Policy, Regional Development in Alps Adriatic Region and Crossborder Cooperation. During her job at the Department of Geography and Regional Studies she also gained project experience in locally and EC funded projects.

David Henriks is our system administrator and technical support for the Lakeside Labs GmbH and for the research team. He is the contact person for orders of technical equipment and investments and also responsible for the test laboratories. He technically supports the Lakeside Labs website and the researchers in programming and development. Furthermore he orders the hard- and software and does the maintenance. Before joining the Lakeside Labs team, David Henriks worked as a software technician at SEZ AG in Villach and did collateral technical studies at the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in Villach, in the field of Electronics.

Sigrid Haslinger is supporting the Lakeside Labs team, especially the scientific and the managing director. Based on her experience in the field of accounting, controlling, she treats accounting issues, claims for travel expenses, financial reports for funded research projects and their controlling. She also organizes meetings, conferences as well as workshops and she's assisting the website content.

Christian Philipp is responsible for science communication. He is the contact for all matters of internal and external communication. His main responsibility is the media interface between science and public opinion. Additionally he communicates objectives and content of technical research projects with appropriate media and in target-group specific language. Moreover, he oversees the website of Lakeside Labs GmbH.

Markus Wiesenberg is our part-time Team-Assistant. He mainly works for the TRI-ICT Project. On the basis of his study of Media and Communications he supports the Lakeside Labs staff in the field of reports, presentations, office management and website content. After having finished the school in 2006, Markus Wiesenberg went to India for an internship. There he worked in a boys hostel in teaching and working. Before starting his study in 2007, he worked in the regional press office for the Deutsche Post DHL and in the readers service of the Carinthian Newspaper Kleine Zeitung. In June, 2009 he joined the Lakeside Labs team.

Tanja Arzberger is working as a research manager responsible for international projects. Her tasks include funding applications, project management, documentation and communication. Furthermore, she is supporting Matchmaking Events, Workshops as well as presentations and is involved in the strategic program and project development. From 2002 to 2008 she studied Technical Mathematics, Business Administration and Economy&Law at the University of Klagenfurt. Before joining Lakeside Labs GmbH in April 2010, she was working in the financial and real estate sector.
